Founding engineer responsible for architecting and building core product components, writing scalable Python code, designing and maintaining AI/ML infrastructure, implementing testing and CI/CD best practices, shipping backend production systems, collaborating on product roadmap, and mentoring future engineers.

Serve as a strategic advisor to senior technology leadership, driving alignment and execution of enterprise priorities. Lead cross-functional initiatives, manage executive operating cadence, prepare executive briefings, and establish governance, reporting, and performance metrics. Work remotely part-time (10–30 hrs/week) on temporary contract with potential to expand.

Own product adoption and engagement across progressive clients: grow the user base, run trainings and demos, build messaging and lifecycle email programs, run user research to diagnose churn, create evangelism materials, and report on acquisition and engagement metrics to inform product improvements.

Lead and execute end-to-end digital marketing: plan, implement, and monitor campaigns across social, email, display, and SEO. Manage budgets, analytics reporting, content and blogger relationships, social platforms, contests, and growth strategies to increase brand awareness and loyalty.

Lead and build Daybreaks national government sales function targeting VA, DoD, Medicaid, correctional, tribal, and public health systems. Develop GTM and contracting strategies, manage pipeline and forecasting, pursue RFPs/contract vehicles, recruit and coach a government sales team, and partner cross-functionally to drive adoption and reimbursement. Own CRM accuracy, reporting, and executive presentations to scale public-sector revenue.

Provide responsive customer support via email, chat, and community channels; learn product SKUs, inventory, and fulfillment flows; track shipments, handle returns, and coordinate with warehouses and logistics partners; and improve support workflows, FAQs, and documentation.

Perform civil/structural engineering and design tasks for power plant upgrades and new projects under senior supervision. Assist with calculations, modifications, equipment walkdowns, and design changes to improve plant performance, safety, and reliability. Work involves field and office duties, travel to client sites, and maintaining unescorted nuclear plant access.

Design, plan, and support outside plant (OSP) copper and fiber projects including engineering drawings, permitting, field surveys, contractor coordination, budget monitoring, and record-keeping using FROGS, Varasset, and SiteTracker. Travel locally for fieldwork and municipal coordination.
