Manage and grow a portfolio of complex medium-business Platinum accounts through consultative, quota-carrying outside sales. Create strategic pipelines, balance account maintenance with prospecting, coordinate internal and partner resources, position wired and mobility solutions, maintain CRM and forecast accuracy, and protect customer relationships while meeting revenue targets.

Provides hands-on onsite desktop and field support across office and factory environments. Performs break/fix, deployments, escalations, incident management, major-incident root-cause analysis, ticket assignment, and issue prevention. Supports laptops, rugged devices, printers, scanners, and conference room A/V equipment. Uses ITSM tools, IT Shop, SCCM, and Nexthink while troubleshooting Windows systems and basic network issues. Maintains SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
