Serve as a strategic client advocate providing personalized consultation on production planning, genetic services, and animal movement. Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver timely solutions, support contracts and inventory, communicate technical results, and manage domestic shipping documentation. Lead cash flow, reserves, restricted funds planning, and investment/liquidity modeling. Partner cross-functionally to translate revenue into deployable cash, allocate donor-restricted funds, monitor risks, and support investment tracking and reporting.

Lead remote onboarding and implementations of the FieldConnect SaaS platform: manage projects, discover customer workflows, configure integrations, deliver training, perform testing and go-live, provide professional services, and support cross-functional technical activities including escalations, sales engineering, and environment administration.
