The Chief of Staff will partner with the co-founder and leadership team to scale internal operations across a rapidly growing philanthropic organization. Responsibilities include running OKRs, KPI dashboards, operating rhythms, leadership meetings, decision-making processes, internal systems, AI-enabled tooling, communication norms, knowledge management, strategic initiatives, and occasional partner support. The role requires proactive problem-solving, strong execution, clear communication, comfort with ambiguity, and approximately seven or more years of relevant experience.

Manage an assigned portfolio of government grants and contracts from execution through renewal, ensuring compliance, reporting, performance, and accurate revenue recognition. Coordinate negotiations, legal reviews, audits, monitoring responses, deadlines, deliverables, and funding-agency communications. Partner with Finance, Legal, Development, Program, and leadership teams to mitigate risk, improve processes, maximize earned revenue, and support successful onboarding and performance of new federal and state awards.

Supports daily multi-asset trade operations, FIX connectivity, client onboarding, certification, testing, regulatory reporting, and issue resolution. Troubleshoots order and execution flows across applications, networks, Linux environments, and external systems. Monitors sessions, reviews logs, investigates latency and routing issues, supports circuit migrations and failovers, and coordinates incident resolution. Serves as a client contact while documenting issues, following up on root causes, and escalating complex matters. Mainframe and TSO/ISPF familiarity are preferred.

Own SMS carrier and provider operations, including 10DLC brand and campaign registrations, RCS agent applications, provisioning requests, and toll-free verification. Manage provider communications and tickets through resolution, track approval workflows, and coordinate with Customer Success, Support, Product, and Sales. Maintain operational runbooks and reporting on registration volumes, approval times, and rejection reasons while ensuring SMS deliverability and carrier compliance.

Administer and optimize Seismic LiveDocs, including templates, forms, variables, and content automation workflows. Lead migration from legacy integrations to Snowflake, validate data mappings, troubleshoot integration and document-generation issues, and maintain data integrity and document quality. Collaborate with product, data, architecture, and business teams to implement scalable solutions while improving governance, reliability, and operational efficiency in a sales enablement environment.

Own the end-to-end B2B2C enrollment funnel for Customer Success, including reporting, data modeling, funnel metrics, dashboards, attribution, and operating cadences. Identify data and process gaps, deliver decision-ready recommendations, lead stakeholder reviews, and drive cross-functional improvements across Operations, Customer Success, Marketing, and Engineering. Lead annual Customer Success planning for capacity, territories, quotas, incentives, roadmaps, and targeting.

Provides quoting and implementation support for employee benefits producers and account managers. Responsibilities include preparing medical and ancillary insurance quotes, maintaining data in agency and carrier systems, onboarding new clients, processing carrier installations and Broker of Record changes, creating enrollment materials, responding to client requests, and assisting with administrative tasks, projects, process improvements, quality controls, and compliance procedures.

Provide L2/L3 incident-driven support for Unily's SaaS platform: triage, diagnose using logs/traces/metrics, reproduce issues, maintain ServiceNow records, coordinate with Product and Engineering, implement mitigations, contribute to RCAs and runbooks, and participate in shift/on-call rotations to ensure continuous coverage.

Reviews operational and financial records, audits subcontractor documentation, reconciles reports, identifies discrepancies, adjusts entries, prepares compliance reports, and communicates with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues. The role also includes weekly suspension audits, image reviews, quality assurance checks, and responding to inquiries.

Build and maintain the pre-sales technology platform, including lead routing, account assignment, territory management, pipeline automation, revenue intelligence, and AI-assisted selling. Integrate Salesforce, marketing automation, AI platforms, data providers, and sales engagement tools. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations leaders to identify bottlenecks, improve seller productivity, evaluate emerging technologies, and deliver scalable systems that support the customer lifecycle.
