Lead and develop a remote Employer Markets sales team: coach on pipeline strategy, forecasting, onboarding, sales enablement, CRM adoption, and cross-functional collaboration to drive revenue growth and improve sales execution.

Coordinate planning, installation, startup and commissioning of MEP equipment for mission-critical, healthcare, and TI projects. Manage MEP modeling and submittal reviews, track construction progress, organize startup/commissioning documentation, work with subcontractors/vendors to close punch-list items, and mentor/train MEP team members.

Drive B2B commercial sales across an assigned region: build and manage project pipelines from lead to close, cultivate relationships with builders/designers/contractors, manage pricing/RFPs/contracts, collaborate with store PRO teams, and use Salesforce to track opportunities and deliver projects end-to-end.

Develop and execute category sourcing strategies, conduct RFx processes, negotiate contracts and SLAs, manage supplier relationships and KPIs, perform spend analysis to identify savings and risks, ensure procurement compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support organizational objectives.

Design and execute recruiting strategies: source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates; maintain recruiting systems and records; ensure legal compliance, background checks, and orientation; provide recruiting reports and support HR coordination.

Promote a product to specialty healthcare providers by phone, achieve sales forecasts, drive product adoption, and provide accurate product information while navigating CRM. Must listen actively, convey complex information clearly, accept coaching, multitask, and maintain reliability and flexibility.

Manage and maintain litigation deadlines and docketing for multiple jurisdictions. Independently docket assigned matters, research court and judge rules, verify docket accuracy, support case teams, lead complex projects, train and review team members, and assist the Docketing Manager with advanced reporting and workflow assignments.

Support hotel sales team with administrative tasks, client communication, proposals/contracts, CRM updates, event coordination, group bookings, site visits, and cross-department liaison to ensure smooth sales operations and accurate event execution.
