Inside Ad Sales Representative responsible for prospecting and developing B2B client relationships with care facilities, conducting cold calls and warm follow-ups, maintaining a sales pipeline, closing deals, meeting revenue quotas, and managing account information. The role requires high-volume calling, strong communication, objection handling, product and industry knowledge, and consistent account management in a remote environment.

Supports and administers Workday across HCM, talent, timekeeping, benefits, payroll, reporting, and integrations. Develops reports and dashboards, configures and troubleshoots business processes, maintains data integrity and security, supports releases and implementations, analyzes workforce trends, provides end-user support and training, and recommends process improvements.

Own the technology strategy and roadmap for centralized property services. Partner with business stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams to prioritize demand, define OKRs and KPIs, translate business needs into requirements, and manage releases. Lead project delivery, testing, change control, data integrations, vendor performance, communications, and IT General Controls. Build trusted stakeholder relationships and ensure platforms support business goals.

Designs, implements, and maintains security controls across Azure, GCP, and AWS environments. Manages cloud IAM, security posture, vulnerability remediation, policies, guardrails, and infrastructure security. Partners with engineering and DevOps teams on CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code security, conducts assessments, supports cloud incident response, develops SOC detection content, and documents security architectures. Requires three or more years of cloud security experience across at least two major cloud platforms.

Manage end-to-end import logistics: coordinate with overseas vendors, freight partners, and customs brokers; issue and track international purchase orders; ensure compliant import documentation; process inbound containers and invoices in the ERP; communicate shipment status and resolve logistics issues while identifying cost and efficiency improvements.

Support Client Growth Managers by executing business development and marketing initiatives for assigned practice groups. Conduct research, prepare pitches and RFP responses, manage legal experience collection, coordinate events and thought leadership, track ROI and budgets, and collaborate with communications, PR, events, and design teams to drive new business and cross-selling opportunities.

Lead incident response from triage through recovery, investigate threats across endpoint, identity, network, cloud, email, and SaaS environments, conduct threat hunting and forensics, improve detections and automation, and serve as a senior escalation point. The role also includes reporting findings, coordinating with cross-functional teams, mentoring colleagues, and strengthening the firm’s security operations program.

Sources and qualifies new business across North America, builds and manages pipelines, conducts outbound prospecting, leads discovery conversations, and partners with leadership to close consulting and technology-services opportunities. The role targets mid-market and enterprise clients, requires independent prospecting and negotiation skills, and involves attending industry events and client meetings with approximately 40% travel.
