The Senior Creative Designer will lead creative projects, develop visual systems, and collaborate with teams to enhance SmartBear's brand identity across various platforms and channels.

Embed with customers to design, build, and deploy GC AI integrations into legal workflows. Develop production-grade API/webhook integrations, troubleshoot deployments, create reference implementations and documentation, and feed product insights back to Engineering to improve the platform. Travel to customer sites up to 25% as needed.

Own territory performance by driving new sales and growing existing accounts through partner channels (OCS). Prospect, co-sell with partners, run demos and events, keep pipeline and Salesforce up to date, analyze activity and partner performance, create account plans, and act as the local brand ambassador to drive retention and expansion.

The role involves meeting customers to understand integration requirements, building tailored solutions, conducting tests, and feedback to engineering. The focus is on integrating diverse systems using Python, SQL, and APIs.

Partner with the CPO and CTO to run R&D operations: lead operating cadence, OKR alignment, reporting/dashboards, budget governance, and cross-functional strategic initiatives. Triage escalations, drive org design and AI-operating-model projects, and draft executive and board communications to enable prioritized, data-driven R&D decision making.

Lead and transform the Fraud Intelligence Team into a high-impact function by improving operating models, QA, tooling, and metrics; build entry-level talent programs; connect labeling to measurable fraud prevention outcomes; deliver actionable insights to Product, R&D, Analytics, and GTM; and leverage AI and automation to increase productivity and business impact.

Lead AppSec efforts across product, platform, and AI features by owning secure SDLC, performing threat modeling and deep code reviews, driving vulnerability management and remediation, building AppSec tooling and automations (including AI-assisted workflows), and enabling engineering teams with secure design guidance and training.

Lead design and implementation of agentic AI workflows and integrations for Acquia DAM. Build, ship, and observe production AI features (auto-tagging, search, governance), set AI engineering standards, evaluate models and tooling, mentor engineers, and represent AI architecture to product and customers.

Partner with Account Executives to design and demonstrate Webflow solutions for Enterprise customers. Lead discovery, solution design, technical validation, demos, workshops, and business case development. Influence product direction, run cross-functional initiatives, and travel up to 25% while supporting multiple active opportunities.

Act as an advocate for a portfolio of ServiceNow customers to drive adoption, outcomes, and license usage. Ensure technical health, guide cross-functional teams, apply Success Plays, create use cases, manage projects and escalations, and help customers realize maximum value from their ServiceNow investment.
