Serve as technical and strategic lead for enterprise budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. Administer financial planning system, maintain data integrity and configurations, develop executive dashboards, reconcile multi-system data, and provide actionable financial insights to senior leadership.

Perform cost accounting and FP&A analysis for light manufacturing: own standard cost and variance analysis, translate operational drivers into forecasts, partner with plant operations, support month‑end close, produce ad‑hoc analyses, and communicate findings and recommendations to leadership.

Own day-to-day operational finance: end-to-end accounts receivable and billing, month-end burn and revenue reconciliation, investor-grade revenue reporting and retention metrics (GRR/NRR), support FP&A and forecasting, automate repetitive finance workflows, and use AI/LLMs to scale processes and analyze product-driven revenue.

Supervise general accounting functions including AP/AR, payroll, cash management, month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, internal controls, audit support, budgeting, policy documentation, process improvements, and staff supervision and training.

Manage general ledger activities, month/quarter/year-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Ensure U.S. GAAP compliance, strengthen internal controls and SOX readiness, support audits, drive process improvements and automation, handle revenue/accruals/intercompany accounting, and provide management reporting while partnering cross-functionally.

Lead billing operations and teams across US and Asia to ensure accurate, timely billing and month-end close; drive process and technology improvements, manage unbilled WIP, oversee IP billing and PwC audit coordination, support partner billing guidance and staffing/HR activities.

Lead firmwide budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Build and maintain financial and operational models, deliver earnings materials, support corporate finance projects, mentor global FP&A staff, and provide decision support and board-level presentations.

Support lead and senior planners by preparing meetings, onboarding clients, mastering planning tools, owning recurring processes, conducting research, and delivering high-quality, detail-oriented planning support for ultra-high-net-worth clients in a fast-paced, remote multi-family office.

Build and run the deal desk function: define policies, review and approve deals, advise Sales on structure and pricing, analyze profitability and ARR impact, streamline processes, align Finance/RevOps/Legal, and produce deal metrics and playbooks to scale operations.
