Manage month/quarter/year-end close, prepare and review US GAAP financial statements, perform general ledger reconciliations and accruals for multiple entities/currencies, analyze financial results, support audits, implement accounting policies and controls, and use NetSuite, FloQast, Excel and Salesforce to produce reports and maintain records.

Manage US federal, state, and local tax compliance and ASC 740 provisions for a multi-entity group. Prepare and review consolidated tax returns, estimated payments, ETR reconciliation, FIN 48, deferred tax analysis, and support audits, SOX controls, transfer pricing, and tax planning across international operations.

Reconcile monthly revenue and supplier costs in 1C/ERP, record transactions, process intercompany transactions per contracts and IFRS, prepare audit documentation, ensure accuracy/compliance, and coordinate ERP team to automate processes.

Lead OCIO acquisition and budget workstream for TTB including full acquisition lifecycle, procurement packages, PRISM requisition tracking, CPIC/OMB 300 management, TBM cost taxonomy implementation, Azure Cloud FinOps cost forecasting, and quarterly/annual budget formulation.

Lead payer strategy and operations for value-based contracting, building TCOC and risk models, converting clinical and financial data into commercial narratives, owning Salesforce-driven revenue operations, and delivering reporting and sales enablement to drive growth and executive decision-making.

Lead North America FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, EBIT and OPEX planning, performance analysis, reporting and dashboards. Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance to deliver insights, presentations, and drive process improvements supporting strategic decision-making.

Manage group tax accounting and global tax compliance, including year‑end provisions, group consolidation, corporation tax across EMEA, RDEC claims, Pillar Two and CbCR support, transfer pricing input for acquisitions, M&A tax risk management, indirect and employment tax guidance, and tax governance activities while working with internal stakeholders and external advisors.

Provide Christ-centered executive financial leadership for a donor-funded ministry. Oversee financial planning, forecasting, cash flow, accounting, audits, compliance, grants tracking, and internal controls. Advise CEO and Board, partner with development on revenue forecasting, lead finance team, and ensure financial readiness for growth and capital initiatives while promoting stewardship and organizational alignment with mission and values.

Manage the College's budget and financial model, lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting, analyze financial performance across 2,500+ funds, and provide strategic financial guidance to leadership. Improve reporting, establish processes, mentor staff, and support special projects and long-term financial planning to ensure fiscal stability.
