As a Sr. Accountant, you'll manage month-end closes, financial reporting, cash balances, accounts payable, collections, and collaborate cross-functionally within the company.

Lead financial strategy and performance for GTM, owning planning, forecasting, unit economics, and growth efficiency. Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, and external partners to evaluate new opportunities, drive acquisition and profitability, build metrics and reporting, and provide data-driven insights to executive leadership.

Prepare month-end journal entries and financial reports, reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts, assist with audits and resolve discrepancies, support accounting process improvements, and mentor junior staff under minimal supervision.

Provide strategic financial leadership, oversee all fiscal functions (reporting, budgeting, forecasting, investments, risk management), direct accounting, payroll, IT and facilities leadership, support CEO and Board with analysis and policy, negotiate contracts and vendor/bank relationships, and ensure regulatory and GAAP compliance.

Manage development and partnership accounting for master-planned communities, lead month-end close, cost tracking, loan draws, capital calls, intercompany reconciliations, audit coordination, covenant compliance, financial reporting, variance analysis, and process improvements.

Review technician service tickets for accuracy, verify labor/parts/pricing, coordinate with teams, generate and submit invoices, manage accounts receivable and disputes, support audits, and ensure billing compliance with contracts and customer requirements.

Manage credit risk, accounts receivable, and collections for an assigned region. Analyze customer financials, set credit limits, monitor aging, perform collections, resolve billing and credit issues, procure payment bonds/liens, ensure policy compliance, support order release, and partner with sales and operations to protect receivables while supporting business objectives.

Analyze financial data, build financial models, and deliver insights to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Assist with financial planning to ensure company financial health and present findings to stakeholders.

Manage end-to-end bi-weekly/semimonthly payroll processing, ensure compliance with tax and wage regulations, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, support accruals, audits and SOX, coordinate equity and benefits payroll impacts, identify process improvements, assist system upgrades, and serve as payroll liaison to HR, Finance, and employees.

Manage accounting operations supporting cattle procurement and production: reconcile daily cattle inventory, analyze and audit cattle data and billing, prepare daily/weekly/month-end reports, supervise one supervisor and three clerks, provide training and leadership, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
