Lead FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, capital allocation, and financial modeling. Partner with leadership to produce Board/investor presentations, drive reporting automation, support month-end close, perform ad hoc strategic and investment analyses, and collaborate with data analytics on BI and dashboards to inform strategic decisions and growth initiatives.

Lead ASC 606-compliant revenue recognition and SSP pricing; perform contract/RFP reviews, Oracle-to-GL reconciliations, quarterly adjustments, variance analysis, and support close and audit processes. Drive revenue process documentation, controls, UAT for new products, and identify automation and integration improvements.

Support Corporate Development & Strategy by evaluating M&A and strategic initiatives across Beverage Alcohol and CPG. Build complex financial and valuation models, lead deal execution and due diligence, manage data rooms, partner cross-functionally (Legal, Finance, Tax, Operations), develop integration plans, conduct industry and competitor research, and prepare executive- and board-level presentations and recommendations.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis; partner with Marketing and G&A as a strategic business partner; build and maintain models, dashboards, and management reporting for the CFO and Board; support month-end close and ad hoc cross-functional financial projects.

Lead design, build, and delivery of Anaplan-based financial planning solutions supporting annual operating plans, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning. Develop models, integrations, reports (PeopleSoft/Anaplan), testing, documentation, and mentor a small team while aligning finance stakeholders and driving continuous improvement.

Lead capital budgeting and capital project accounting activities: prepare and analyze AFEs, perform NPV/ROI and variance analysis, monitor forecasts and cash flows, collaborate with project managers, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and report project performance to senior management.

Support FP&A for a category or product portfolio by preparing budgets, forecasts and financial statements; perform complex financial analysis, pricing analytics, ROI and scenario modeling; advise brand management on marketing spend and product launches; drive working capital and delivered profit improvements through cross-functional projects and S&OP facilitation.

Lead and execute global revenue recognition including recording revenue, reconciliations, and non-standard adjustments. Maintain GL reconciliations (Deferred Revenue, AR), support SOX and external audits, provide analytical insights, and collaborate cross-functionally and with international controllership teams.

Administer and support SAP Concur modules, resolve system errors, manage helpdesk tickets, train users, perform compliance audits, generate T&E reports, and identify process improvements to optimize corporate card and expense operations.

Oversees student financial aid and student account programs across campuses, ensuring timely, accurate award/ disbursement and compliance with federal and state regulations. Leads and trains financial aid staff, develops policies and procedures, produces required reports, supports student retention, and collaborates with leadership to meet financial aid goals.
