The Revenue Operations Analyst will develop and automate reports, analyze GTM performance, optimize RevOps processes, and support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

Lead GTM, Post-Sales, and Marketing operations: own forecasting, pipeline, reporting, planning, territory and quota design, compensation, systems governance (Salesforce, Clari), executive and board reporting, automation via AI, and mentor the reporting and insights team.

Provide first-contact remote technical support for networks, servers, and end-user systems. Triage and document incidents, troubleshoot workstations, manage ticketing and routing, set client expectations, escalate to engineers as needed, and support diverse client environments while participating in after-hours or on-call rotations.

Provide Tier 1 technical and administrative support to patients, providers, and pharmacies via phone, chat, and email. Troubleshoot platform issues, assist with onboarding, handle payments and records, document interactions in Zendesk, and escalate to Tier 2 or clinical teams as needed while maintaining HIPAA compliance and excellent customer service.

Lead GTM reporting, design scalable Salesforce KPI frameworks, translate business needs into developer-ready Salesforce requirements, apply AI to automate workflows, and partner with Sales and Customer Success on process design, change management, and cross-platform reporting.

Provide expert MongoDB technical support, troubleshoot complex deployments, administer Linux systems, advise on schema/design, performance tuning, backups, monitoring, and collaborate on support content and product strategy while occasionally traveling for team or customer meetings.

Provide overnight technical support for merchants and partners: troubleshoot software and network issues, install and upgrade software, create and update documentation, prepare technical reports, coordinate cross-functional resolution, and recommend system/process improvements.

Own day-to-day GTM revenue systems and build AI-native automations. Responsibilities include Salesforce administration, n8n workflow development, deal desk and commissions support, tooling administration, integration monitoring, and converting repetitive tasks into automated, agentic workflows using Claude Code and other AI tools.
