Leads ChowNow’s GTM Revenue Operations function across Sales, Onboarding, Customer Success, Marketing, and Business Systems. Owns GTM process improvement, systems architecture, technical-debt reduction, workflow design, forecasting, territory and compensation infrastructure, and cross-functional alignment. Manages a team of 5–7 direct reports while advising the CEO on systems risks, priorities, and strategic opportunities.

Develops revenue opportunities for the Lottery business by building financial cases, defining success metrics, coordinating cross-functional plans, and evaluating performance.
