Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for telephony, digital bots, API integrations, and core banking configurations. Triage tickets, perform limited overnight deployments, collaborate with Implementation, Engineering, and Customer Success, and contribute to internal documentation and SOPs.

Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders: manage complex international calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, prepare agendas and materials, track project milestones and action items, coordinate cross-functional initiatives and events, handle confidential communications, and improve administrative processes to increase operational efficiency.

The Acquisition Transformation Lead will guide government clients in navigating federal acquisition processes, shaping product capabilities, and driving user adoption for improved outcomes in defense acquisition.

Own HubSpot CRM and GTM operations; build attribution, forecasting, and lead-scoring models; automate workflows; create dashboards and sales enablement; support Sales, Marketing, and CS with tooling, reporting, and strategic recommendations.

Answer inbound customer calls and chats using AI tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues, de-escalate frustrated customers, follow documented processes, and flag patterns to improve systems.

Provide high-touch executive support and run day-to-day NYC office operations. Manage calendars, travel, vendor relationships, events, and operational systems. Support business development with research, outreach coordination, and materials. Coordinate across teams, onboard local hires, track action items, and solve operational blockers.

Own BD operations for partner onboarding, launch coordination, and cross-functional execution. Maintain CRM and pipelines, produce reports and dashboards, document SOPs and deal terms, analyze partner performance, and implement automation to scale BD workflows. Serve as liaison between BD, product, engineering, compliance, legal, and finance while ensuring partner integration and operational readiness.

Provide high-trust executive support to the founder: manage calendar, travel, personal ops, hiring pipeline, inbox triage, Notion systems, AI agents/automations, and team coordination to anticipate needs and close loops.

Own GTM systems and data to support forecasting, pipeline reviews, reporting, and HubSpot administration. Run ad hoc analyses, build dashboards, document GTM processes, manage cross-functional projects, drive attribution/UTM discipline, evaluate integrations, and onboard GTM hires in a fast-paced, on-site San Francisco startup.
