Lead and expand the Asia Society Southern California Center by managing programs, fundraising, advisory board development, staff recruitment, budget and membership growth, cultivating partnerships, and representing the Center within the Asia Society network.

Provide front-desk and office administrative support including greeting visitors, phone routing, supply inventory, permit and interconnection fee payments and recordkeeping, preparing permit packages, and assisting management and departments (service, inspections) to ensure smooth office operations and cross-coverage during absences.

Provide high-level executive support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team: manage calendar, coordinate meetings and travel, prepare briefings and reports, track initiatives, support leadership meetings and retreats, plan agency-wide events, handle confidential correspondence, reconcile expenses, and oversee special projects to strengthen organizational alignment and culture.

Provide frontline IT support for clinical and corporate users: manage phone/chat/ticket queues, troubleshoot Windows/macOS/iOS hardware and software, administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive), monitor Entra ID and service health, automate with PowerShell, and collaborate with MSP to maintain secure, high-availability operations.

Build and maintain go-to-market infrastructure: CRM architecture, lead routing, enrichment, onboarding workflows, reporting, internal tooling, and AI-powered automations. Identify bottlenecks, eliminate manual work, integrate systems via APIs, and collaborate with founders, engineering, sales, and customer success to scale GTM processes and automate repetitive tasks.

Serve as the nominal local director for a Korean company, assist with identity verification for banking, tax, and platform processes, and support Coupang onboarding and basic compliance. Provide phone, SMS, and video verification help and relay information in Korean as needed.

Provide front-line administrative support for the Registrar's Office including high-volume data entry into PeopleSoft, document imaging, records maintenance, customer service to students/faculty, scheduling, proofreading, and general office tasks while maintaining FERPA confidentiality and compliance.

Supervise and coordinate transportation, housing, and daily care of clients; oversee Behavior Health Technicians (hiring, firing, reviews); ensure facility compliance, EMR adherence, safety, audits, and inventories; manage transports, medication logistics, incident reporting, timesheet sign-off, and liaise with clinical, billing, and compliance teams.
