The role requires exceptional organization, discretion, communication, adaptability, business judgment, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates need at least five years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executives in a fast-paced environment.

Provides front-line phone and email support to NinjaTrader clients, resolving account, platform, technical, and treasury-related issues. Educates customers on trading products and services, manages client data in Salesforce, collaborates with trade desk, technical support, and compliance teams, and communicates emerging needs. The role also supports policy improvements, knowledge articles, email templates, software beta testing, and customer experience initiatives.

Administer and configure the Salesforce org, including users, permissions, objects, record pages, layouts, flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards. Manage data imports, exports, cleanup, and integrity using Data Loader. Resolve admin requests, document changes, follow deployment practices, diagnose routine issues, and collaborate with analysts, developers, and stakeholders to deliver reliable solutions while expanding Salesforce expertise.
