Provide administrative and operational support for Corporate Security initiatives. Implement process improvements, manage moderately complex cross-organizational tasks, assist strategy and execution programs, interact with internal stakeholders, and support operations under supervisor direction.

Lead a team to manage business risk, compliance, and audit programs; drive process improvement, automation, and control modernization; partner with Audit, Operational Risk, Compliance, Technology, and senior leaders to close findings, monitor risk metrics, and strengthen governance and talent development.

Lead Major Incident Management and systems operations: serve as Incident Commander for P1/P2 events, coordinate cross-functional restoration, conduct post-incident reviews, improve processes, mentor junior staff, and ensure adherence to ITIL and organizational standards.

Process and manage complex trade services and letters of credit, support payments, collections and tracing, escalate and resolve issues, coach and guide junior staff, ensure adherence to BSA/AML, sanctions and compliance policies, and act as subject matter expert for trade services procedures.

Handle inbound/outbound phone calls to assist retail banking customers with account inquiries, transactions, payments, and basic problem resolution. Verify identity, follow bank procedures, document interactions, escalate complex issues, and promote bank products when appropriate while maintaining confidentiality and service standards.
