Provide inbound banking customer support via phone, text, chat and video; resolve inquiries, follow policies, navigate multiple systems, escalate issues to senior staff, and work onsite including graveyard shifts and holidays.

Provide branch operational support by processing and approving teller transactions, resolving customer issues, promoting digital/mobile banking, supporting branch manager with scheduling and operations, identifying fraud risks, and ensuring compliance with policies to deliver excellent customer service.

Manage a Systems Operations team to monitor and maintain enterprise systems and infrastructure. Drive operational stability, incident/problem/change management, automation, observability, and efficiency improvements. Engage stakeholders, allocate resources, mentor staff, and implement governance to meet business objectives and reduce incident volume.

Process and approve teller transactions, support customers and branch staff, complete routine to moderately complex operational tasks, minimize risk by following policies, assist the Branch Manager with operations and scheduling, escalate/resolving issues, promote digital banking solutions, and help motivate the team to meet business objectives.
