Wells Fargo is seeking a Customer Service Representative - Commercial Banking Fulfillment to support commercial banking clients by processing service requests, fulfilling transaction-related inquiries, and providing account and payment information. This role is primarily a back-office function that requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage high-volume requests within established service levels.
In this role, you will:
- Support customers and ways to improve inquiries or issues from customers with empathy regarding financial products and services through a variety of channels such as phone, text, chat, video chat and other lines of communication in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Interact with customer service team and perform moderately complex customer support tasks
- Manage risk by following all policies and procedures and staying abreast of changes to them
- Advocate for digital services such as online delivery of statements and other documents, eSign paperwork, and any other digital opportunities, as needed
- Receive direction from customer service supervisor and escalate non-routine questions
- 1+ year of Customer Service, Financial Services or Contact Center support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience in back-office operations, preferably within banking, financial services, accounting, or shared services environments.
- Exposure to account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, billing, accounting
- processes, or financial operations support.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling transaction-related requests and large volumes of data.
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and manage operational tasks within established service level agreements.
- Candidates with direct bank reconciliation experience are highly preferred; however, those with closely related accounting and reconciliation experience will also be considered.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills sufficient to support day-to-day operational requirements.
- Must be amenable to working a night shift schedule of either 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM or 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (manila time)
- Must be willing to work on a weekly rotational shift schedule.
- Must be amenable to observing the US holiday calendar in support of business operations.
- Must be willing to work under a temporary hybrid setup, currently requiring 3 days onsite and 2 days remote per week, subject to business needs.
- Must be able to report onsite at Five/NEO.
- Must be able to attend full duration of required training period
- Ability to work additional hours as needed
- Must work on-site at the location posted
