Serve as business operations analyst for Pay TV stability and CX optimization: monitor KPIs, diagnose root causes, validate launch readiness, surface data-driven insights to improve agent tools and performance, and drive AI/automation initiatives to reduce issue impact and speed resolution.

Coordinate day-of routing and appointment changes for field technicians, communicate real-time updates to technicians and management, assign jobs to subcontractors, answer and route customer calls, track appointment progress, and use workforce management and CRM tools to prioritize and resolve service issues efficiently.
