As a Customer Experience Representative, you will serve as an information resource for billing, programming, and technical troubleshooting questions – including promoting products and services to our new and existing customers so they get the most value and enjoyment from their DISH TV experience.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Call Customer Service Representative:
$17.50/hr starting pay with opportunity to increase pay to $19.25/hr within 60 days. No experience required. Entry-level candidates welcome - we provide full-time paid training!
- $2/hr additional per hour worked after 6 pm
- $2/hr additional per hour worked on weekends
- These differentials compound, meaning if you work both after 6 PM and on the weekend, you'll earn an additional $4/hr for those shifts!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Take back-to-back tech support or customer service phone calls with customers throughout the entirety of your shift
- Engage with a diverse consumer base to provide solutions for customer needs and technical issues
- Promoting additional products and services
