Manage external RFIs from correspondent banks and law enforcement, perform targeted cross-border transaction and account reviews, draft audit‑ready responses, coordinate with FCC, TM, KYC, Legal and partners, and improve RFI playbooks and SLAs to mitigate financial crime risk.

Drive and scale revenue operations for East Asia by partnering with sales and marketing to optimize lead-to-revenue processes, commission cycles, and sales tooling. Manage Salesforce-driven commercial operations, analyze pipeline and performance metrics, surface insights, and implement process and system improvements across regional and global teams to improve acquisition and retention.

Lead end-to-end operations strategy projects to improve onboarding, KYC, risk, payments, and support workflows. Use SQL, Excel, and BI tools to analyze data, build dashboards, define KPIs, drive process improvements, create SOPs, and present recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.

Lead and scale global first-line financial crime risk operations, overseeing transaction monitoring, investigations, sanctions screening and fraud operations. Build and manage multi-country teams, design SOPs and control frameworks, ensure audit-ready documentation, partner with 2LOD, Regulatory, Legal and Product, drive automation and data-driven improvements, and support regulatory engagements and escalations.
