Provide L2 CIAM and enterprise application support in a 24/7 production environment: monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents, deploy changes, analyze logs, coordinate escalations with L3/vendors, ensure SLA compliance, and participate in RCA and continuous improvement.

Lead the EHSW function for Ericsson in Australia and New Zealand, focusing on health, safety, and well-being in high-risk environments. Develop strategies and ensure compliance with regulations across jurisdictions while managing a small specialist team.

The role involves managing a team of Data Center Technicians, focusing on talent acquisition, development, and performance management to meet operational needs.

Provide supplier and internal support across Purchase-to-Pay processes, handling inquiries via email/chat, prioritizing and resolving incidents within ITIL, creating requested documents, ensuring quality control and data security, and collaborating with support functions to close critical cases.
