The role requires independent execution, strong organization, discretion, adaptability, and experience supporting C-level executives.

The role requires strong organization, discretion, communication, judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.

Coordinate Arabic localization across developers, publishing teams, QA, vendors, and regional stakeholders. Manage asset tracking, localization tools, process documentation, testing, certification readiness, and platform compliance. Identify linguistic and cultural risks, support LQA teams, and ensure Arabic deliverables meet technical and regional standards. Lead initiatives that improve localization consistency, automation, scalability, and internationalization across AAA video game projects.

Own Arabic localization strategy and quality for 2K games. Lead linguistic direction, glossaries, style guides, VO production, LQA escalation, cross-functional collaboration, and mentor junior linguists to ensure culturally authentic, platform-compliant localized content.

Manages day-to-day operations for a 15-person on-site office, including supplies, deliveries, facilities, vendors, building management, IT coordination, onboarding logistics, events, and hardware shipments. Serves as the local employee support contact, tracks operational issues through completion, identifies gaps, and escalates when needed. This is a part-time role requiring three office days weekly plus occasional availability on other workdays.

Lead German localization across 2K titles: set strategy and quality standards, review and edit in-game text and VO, develop glossaries and style guides, guide cross-functional language decisions, supervise linguists and vendors, lead German VO production, ensure compliance with age ratings and platform guidelines, and implement process improvements.
