Lead and develop a team of KYC analysts to perform customer due diligence, manage escalations, improve processes, ensure quality control, meet KPIs, and maintain regulatory compliance to prevent financial crime.

Perform customer due diligence (CDD/EDD), verify identity and ownership, monitor transactions and periodic reviews, assess and escalate risks, file suspicious activity reports, maintain accurate records, and communicate with customers while meeting KPIs and working shift hours.

Lead the global Workforce Execution function to standardise scheduling and intraday practices, improve command center maturity, strengthen incident response, stabilise tactical performance, coach WFM team leads, and drive governance, optimisation, and analytics to balance service, efficiency, stability, scalability, and cost control.

Lead Wise's Poland operations and expansion: define product localisation strategy, secure and manage regulatory authorisations, represent the company to regulators and partners, run the local branch, drive commercial partnerships, ensure operational continuity, and coordinate cross-functional teams to scale the business locally.

Provide technical support for Wise Platform API integrations, troubleshoot REST APIs/webhooks, interpret logs and database queries, act as first-responder in incidents, collaborate with engineering and commercial teams, and contribute product feedback and proactive improvements. Provide 24/5 coverage including some out-of-hours on-call shifts.

Lead and develop a Workforce Management team to set scheduling strategy, build forecasts and capacity plans, optimize intraday operations, improve WFM KPIs, automate processes, and collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to meet SLAs while protecting agent well-being.
