Lead and grow a FinCrime quality team, develop and execute quality strategy for AML/CFT, drive KPI performance, implement risk-based QA, deliver data-driven insights, manage audits and cross-functional projects to reduce financial crime risk and ensure regulatory compliance.

Conduct enhanced due diligence and approve high‑risk customer onboarding, analyse transaction histories and customer behaviour, draft SAR narratives, liaise with internal teams, support audits, lead process improvements and mentor peers while meeting KPI and shift requirements.

Execute end-to-end investigation and resolution of card fraud and non-fraud disputes, meet SLAs/KPIs, maintain accurate records, escalate complex issues, collaborate with Customer Support, Compliance and Product, and propose process improvements to increase operational efficiency.

Conduct enhanced due diligence and approve high-risk customer onboarding per policy. Analyse transaction histories and customer behaviour, draft SAR narratives, support audits, mentor peers, contribute to process improvements, and communicate with internal teams and customers during night shifts while meeting KPIs.

Plan and execute internal global events in Budapest and other locations. Support event logistics (AV, webinars, travel, vendors), manage budgets and vendor relationships, mitigate risks, run on-site activities, collect post-event feedback, and coordinate stakeholders across teams.

Lead and build a Deactivations KYC Operations team focused on enhanced due diligence and risk assessment. Manage people and performance, design processes and QA frameworks, handle complex escalations, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement and training to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate financial crime risk.
