Act as the primary compliance advisor within Agency Offices, delivering guidance, training, audits, and labor/operational management while supporting governance, reporting, and corrective actions to strengthen sales office compliance.

Support MetLife's digital and print output systems (DSF/ePace), manage catalogs and workflows, produce operational and audit reports, deliver training, liaise with production teams, customers, and vendors to optimize print and digital fulfillment.

Manage end-to-end investment operations wire processing (Fedwire, SWIFT, bank portals) including validation, maker-checker controls, MT/MX message handling, reconciliations, exception resolution, stakeholder communication, dashboards, SOPs, and audit support. Coordinate with middle office, treasury, custodians and tech teams to reduce breaks and strengthen controls. Requires flexibility for night shifts and holiday work.

Lead a short-term disability (STD) claims unit to meet targets in claim accuracy, customer centricity, and expense management. Coach and develop staff, remove barriers, analyze data to address root causes, implement efficiency strategies, and escalate issues with solutions to senior leaders.

Document, analyze, and improve IDI claims and reinsurance workflows and procedures to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely claim outcomes. Lead process reviews, identify gaps and risks, recommend system and operational improvements, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to implement consistent, sustainable changes.

Enterprise leader responsible for Long Term Disability strategy and end-to-end claims operations (including IDI and Return to Health). Drive operational transformation using AI/automation and analytics, ensure compliance, own a $100M+ P&L, define KPIs, lead a large distributed team, and deliver superior customer experience and financial performance.

Manage initial long-term care eligibility determinations by reviewing medical and policy documentation, conducting detailed information-gathering calls, composing decision letters, communicating outcomes to policyholders, and partnering with medical, legal, and customer resources. Maintain timely, compliant, and well-documented case files and represent the company in deposition or trial when required.
