The Compliance Reporting Program Manager will coordinate compliance and regulatory reporting initiatives, manage workflows, and drive cross-functional collaboration for accurate and timely reporting.

Provide frontline IT support and maintenance for corporate systems; troubleshoot Mac/PC, mobile, networking, VOIP, and security incidents; assist systems administrators, manage tickets, onboard/offboard users, document processes, support Microsoft-to-Google migration, and implement ISMS-related security policies.

This position involves assisting with daily operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflows within the organization.
