Support and manage enterprise AV lifecycle refresh and service delivery. Provide advanced technical support for videoconferencing, room scheduling, wireless sharing, and AV infrastructure. Lead GBSC performance management, FP&A, vendor governance, data governance, and process discipline. Establish KPIs, budgeting, workforce planning, vendor SLAs, and analytics to enable data-driven decisions and operational excellence across global shared services.
