Troubleshoot hardware, handheld scanners, and automate processes to minimize downtime.

Provide SAP FICO functional analysis, configuration, implementation and 24x7 support for global divisions. Lead requirements workshops, design solutions, manage FICO improvement projects, support month-end closing, assist e-invoicing rollout, coordinate consultants, train users, document processes, and ensure SLA/project delivery.

Support and maintain corporate HR systems (Senior HCM), handle system integrations (APIs, web services, middleware), perform SQL database queries, manage incidents and changes (ITIL), and liaise with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
