Co-op student will assist the Information Systems team with help-desk support, hardware/software installation, network (LAN/WAN/TCP-IP) administration, inventory and lifecycle management, software package creation, and user training. Work includes supporting wireless phone systems (Spectralink), scanners, terminals and other peripherals while following standards and writing technical documentation.

Lead customer service operations for Honda, Toyota, Ford, and Nissan; enforce OEM service standards, monitor CSI/NPS, manage and develop service teams, resolve escalations, implement process improvements, coordinate with aftersales/warranty/operations, and produce executive performance reports.

Manage and support Magna's SAP and B2B/EDI landscape (on-prem, partner-hosted, cloud). Provide SAP Basis administration, HANA data aging and archiving, upgrades/patches, EWA analysis, incident troubleshooting, security audits, vendor coordination, and compliance with ISAE 3402.

Responsible for implementing, maintaining and supporting B2B/EDI processes and integrations. Lead EDI system transitions, coordinate mapping and vendor support, provide 1st/2nd level and on-call support, monitor partner connections, develop training and documentation, and liaise between plants, IT, and vendors (Seeburger, SupplyWEB, iPoint).

Perform on-site customer logistics and quality operations: handle receiving, returns, kitting, line support, inventory counts, 5S and safety, and resolve logistics/quality issues per client procedures. Support other tasks as assigned by the department manager.

Apprenticeship in industrial/business administration covering materials, production, sales, finance, accounting and HR. Participate in projects, learn business processes, collaborate with departments and internal/external contacts while receiving practical training in a modern automotive production environment.

Provide administrative support to Magna's Aurora corporate office including front‑lobby coverage, mail and courier management, invoice processing, office supply inventory, and maintaining shared areas. Collaborate with Office and Property Manager and Health & Safety, support special projects and administrative tasks, and foster positive tenant and coworker relationships. Background checks required as part of hiring.

Provide L3 technical support and configuration for Ceridian Dayforce payroll across Canada and the US. Troubleshoot system issues, respond to tickets, conduct testing for updates, document processes, train end users, collaborate with stakeholders on enhancements, and identify process improvements.

Provide end-user technical support, assist with installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network systems. Support Active Directory, O365 (SharePoint, Teams), print servers and central services. Help deploy updates, maintain IT inventory and documentation, and research emerging technologies.

Lead and manage IT infrastructure operations including server and virtualization administration, network and systems support, ITSM processes, compliance with IT general controls, and support for internal and external IT audits.
