Support, maintain, and improve IT infrastructure for automotive manufacturing. Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, virtualization (VMware/VDI/HyperV), backups, patches, and enterprise apps. Troubleshoot escalations, ensure stability/security, lead disaster recovery, coordinate vendors, drive continuous improvement, and support compliance and IT projects.

Lead IT operations and plant support for Norplas, ensuring production-critical systems availability. Oversee virtualization, Windows/AD/SQL environments, networking, security/compliance (ITGC, SOX, TISAX), incident escalation, change management, and continuous improvement. Supervise upgrades, support MES/plant-floor systems, and enforce security and helpdesk KPIs.

Support Magna Corporate Real Estate with lease administration, transaction project support, and approval processing. Prepare documents and reports, manage property databases and files, liaise with landlords and vendors, and provide administrative support to the Americas real estate team and other divisions.
