Partner with Product, Pricing, Sales, and Enablement to translate operations into commercial narratives and reduce onboarding friction while advancing AI-first capabilities.

Lead and develop a team of Business Travel Consultants, manage operational performance (ACD, SLAs), handle escalations, maintain customer relationships, implement process improvements, and support hiring/onboarding to ensure exceptional travel service delivery.

Manage and improve Navan Expense operations by handling escalations, meeting KPIs, driving process improvements, collaborating cross-functionally, and supporting policy and procedure development to ensure compliant, efficient expense and card operations.

Design, structure, and maintain the company knowledge base for Global Operations. Use AI and design tools to create searchable, multimedia knowledge assets, write user-friendly articles, manage content lifecycle and reviews, align stakeholders, and support KM strategy and post-training resources to improve information access and usage.
