What You’ll Do:
- Become an expert in product functionality and customer use cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, Engineering, etc.) to handle escalations.
- Meet productivity and quality KPIs, while identifying areas for operational improvement.
- Escalate risks to leadership, offering subject matter expertise for solutions.
- Execute and evaluate processes, suggesting improvements for maximum efficiency.
- Contribute to the development and re-engineering of policies and procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of KYC/KYB compliance within the fintech or travel sector
- Critical thinker, thinking outside of the box and pushing for resolutions
- Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills.
- Organized, able to prioritize and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Proven ability to meet targets in a high growth and high demand setting.
- Process driven, with a knack for automation and improvement.
- Able to embrace change with flexibility and agility in a continually changing environment
- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, with experience in process launch and maturity.
- Ownership mindset with problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Prior Salesforce experience a plus
