Leads Rubrik’s global corporate IT and employee experience organization across end-user support, endpoint management, VDI, AV, identity, SaaS, enterprise AI, and IT service management. Owns operational excellence, distributed teams, vendors, procurement, compliance, and global service standards while driving a multi-year ticketless IT transformation. Builds AI-powered employee lifecycle automation, organizational memory, autonomous agents, and outcome-based service measurement across worldwide locations.

Leads a global Deal Operations team responsible for exception quoting, case management, approval queues, service levels, and quarter-end execution. Drives cross-functional improvements across Sales, Finance, Renewals, IT, and CPQ, translating system complexity into recommendations, reducing manual work through process optimization and automation, and serving as the escalation point for complex quoting. Manages team performance, hiring, documentation, governance, and operational change.

Manages global partner program operations, including case resolution, workflow optimization, partner onboarding, content governance, certification reporting, AI-driven analytics, and financial processes. The role coordinates across Legal, Sales, Finance, and Product, uses Salesforce and Coupa, and delivers data-backed recommendations to leadership. It requires strong problem-solving, communication, adaptability, and experience supporting global channel or partner operations.

Build and lead Rubrik’s global professional services resource management and capacity planning function. Standardize workflows across NAM, EMEA, and APAC; improve data integrity, reporting, automation, and PSA system adoption; forecast capacity and demand; manage subcontractor partnerships; and provide executives with utilization and talent distribution insights. Partner with delivery, finance, HR, and regional leaders to drive consistent global execution and operational efficiency.

Own renewal strategy and operations by translating retention metrics into executive insights, designing forecasting, quoting, and renewal workflows, building governance frameworks and playbooks, improving CRM and renewal-system data quality, and leading cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Finance, Deal Desk, Product, IT, Legal, Customer Success, BI, and RevOps.

Lead CPQ strategy and roadmap, own Quote-to-Cash platform architecture, manage a team of analysts and managers, drive cross-functional alignment, implement governance/data standards, measure CPQ performance with KPIs/OKRs, and deliver large-scale systems and change-management programs to improve quoting accuracy and sales velocity.
