Manage paper airworthiness records lifecycle (storage, archiving, disposal, quarantine), perform QA checks on aircraft maintenance documentation for regulatory compliance, support CAMO process improvements, collaborate with document controllers and maintenance teams, and support internal/external quality assurance audits.

Support and maintain servers, networks and IT/OT infrastructure for the P-8A Poseidon program. Perform system monitoring, patching, hardening, backups, user account and access management, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and document configurations. Work includes shiftwork and adherence to defence security practices.

Produce, review and validate technical publications for the E-7 AEW&C program. Collaborate with technical writers, SMEs and leads to deliver accurate revision tasks, conduct quality and in-process reviews, and support documentation deliveries for operations and maintenance.

Paid 10-12 week on-site summer internship in Business Operations at Boeing. Interns work with mentors on real-world projects (analytics, planning, BI, project support), tour facilities, network with leaders, and develop professional skills. Must be a US Person, able to work full-time over the summer, and meet export control and clearance requirements.

Administer, support, maintain, and optimize enterprise UNIX systems (AIX, HP-UX, Solaris). Ensure reliability, performance, security, and compliance. Implement performance tuning, high-availability and disaster recovery solutions, and data migrations. Provide technical expertise and support flexible/shift schedules.
