Supports the VP of Manufacturing as a strategic and technical partner, driving operational excellence, staffing forecasts, hiring initiatives, business planning, risk mitigation, data analysis, and organizational improvements. The role coordinates cross-functional commitments, develops business cases, supports lean manufacturing solutions, leads meetings and projects, resolves issues, and coaches junior personnel across manufacturing operations.

Provides executive and program-manager administrative support, including calendar management, communications, travel coordination, expense reconciliation, records maintenance, event logistics, and information dissemination. The role supports executive-level interactions, guides less experienced employees, and operates with limited supervision in a fast-paced defense and space systems environment. It is fully onsite at Kennedy Space Center and requires a U.S. Top Secret/SCI clearance before starting.

The Factory Service Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean facilities, handling hazardous materials, and performing custodial tasks under little supervision.

Plans and controls resource deployment across programs, coordinates cross-functional teams and stakeholders, monitors program performance and compliance, maintains status reporting, manages meeting operations, prepares leadership reports, supports approvals, and drives operational strategy and process improvements while handling sensitive information.

Leads a global Business Analyst team supporting Boeing Distribution’s supply chain applications, primarily SAP S/4 ERP and a Warehouse Management System. Manages business tickets, oversees issue resolution and user acceptance testing, and develops master data governance tools and processes. The role includes employee leadership, stakeholder collaboration, negotiation, and support for high-volume operational demands across business and IT teams. Travel may be required up to 25% of the time.

Participate in a company-sponsored leadership development program with 12–18 month rotations across Boeing operations. Lead teams, develop and execute projects and process plans, establish operational goals, manage suppliers and resources, implement process improvements, oversee technical approaches, and build stakeholder relationships. Participants gain broad exposure to Boeing’s products, services, value streams, and operations while developing toward senior operations leadership roles.

Manage personnel security for classified DoD space programs: maintain security records and logs; process clearances, PARs, VARs; use DISS/JADE for risk assessments; support indoctrinations, briefings, self-inspections, and SAP/SCI facility procedures. Ensure compliance with DoD/ICD policies and coordinate with government representatives.

Manages day-to-day office operations in Beijing, including facilities, equipment, procurement, supplies, corporate cards, contracts, reception support, requisitions, invoices, and budget reporting. Conducts workplace inspections, drives Kaizen and operational improvement initiatives, maintains SOPs, supports sustainability programs, and coordinates with regional and global teams. Provides operational support for other China sites as assigned while ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient workplace operations.

Lead cost estimating for government projects, analyze proposals, develop cost estimates, ensure regulatory compliance, and present to executives.

Coordinate and manage maintenance authorisations and training for Vertical Lift MRO personnel, arrange external providers, deliver on-the-job and classroom training, monitor apprentices, collaborate with Training, Quality and other MRO teams, and manage ad-hoc MRO projects. Role is based at Army Aviation Centre, Middle Wallop and may require travel.
