The Data, Configuration and Quality Officer manages documentation, supports data and configuration management, administers quality assurance processes, and collaborates with teams for effective outcomes.

Perform hands-on maintenance, modifications, servicing, inspections, testing and fault-finding on E-7A Wedgetail aircraft systems. Ensure compliance with DASR Part 145 MOE, follow QA and documentation procedures, collaborate with MRO teams and stakeholders, and maintain strong EHS practices.

Coordinate cross-functional analyses, build business cases, identify risks/opportunities, obtain leadership approval, track commitments and compliance, and coach junior staff to implement mitigation and resolution actions.

Lead EHS strategy and team to ensure compliance with OSHA/EPA and Boeing standards, integrate safety into design/production, manage inspections and regulatory interfaces, drive continuous improvement, metrics reporting, and champion a proactive safety culture for defense and space programs onsite in Wichita, KS.

Manage and control program and business resources, develop and implement plans/processes, authorize work changes, track program status and budgets, forecast headcount, coordinate facilities and stakeholders, and present recommendations to leadership to meet customer and contract requirements.

Provide Tier 1-3 functional and technical support for Oracle EBS Finance modules, troubleshoot system and data issues, gather and translate finance requirements, configure and test EBS patches/modules, lead UAT, support integrations, document system designs and SOPs, and deliver end-user training to improve financial processes and automation.

Execute day-to-day ITIL-based change and release management tasks: log, prioritize, and track change requests; coordinate schedules and CAB meetings; maintain ITSM records; communicate with stakeholders; support release deployments and continuous process improvement with minimal service disruption.

Serve as the Oracle EBS R12 functional SME for Purchasing, iProcurement, Inventory, WIP and BOM. Optimize supply chain and warehouse processes, gather requirements, lead UAT, provide Tier 2/3 support, troubleshoot integrations, and train end users to ensure data integrity and efficient workflows.

Lead cost estimating for government projects, analyze proposals, develop cost estimates, ensure regulatory compliance, and present to executives.
