Own Tulip’s revenue data architecture and strategy, using SQL, BI, and AI to improve account targeting, pricing, forecasting, retention, and expansion. Build health scores, churn and upsell models, renewal pricing strategies, and executive-level NRR/GRR reporting. Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Services, Support, Finance, Product, and executive leadership while mentoring analysts and commercial teams on data-driven decision-making.

Own the data architecture and strategic planning powering Sales. Build AI-driven territory, lead-scoring, forecasting, pricing, attribution, and pipeline models; redesign Salesforce structures and funnel stages; conduct market and scenario analyses; and lead cross-functional initiatives improving sales productivity, process efficiency, and executive decision-making.

Build and deploy AI-native tools, agents, automations, integrations, and backend services supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. Integrate LLMs into CRM enrichment, account scoring, deal intelligence, and outreach workflows. Partner with stakeholders to define measurable solutions, improve GTM processes, monitor reliability and data quality, evaluate technology platforms, and measure adoption and business impact.

Support day-to-day office operations: troubleshoot and set up equipment, manage inventory, mail, and hardware fulfillment, monitor the Operations Jira board and inbox, procure supplies, and support company events and workplace culture initiatives.

The Product Support Engineer serves as the primary contact for customers, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, educating customers on the product, and collaborating with various teams to improve support processes and tools.

Manage project plans and deliverables for manufacturing digital transformations, collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers, while ensuring communication and organization throughout the process.

Configure and maintain commercial systems and AI platforms (Salesforce, Claude, Zapier, n8n) to automate GTM workflows; build Salesforce Flows and automations; manage day-to-day admin tasks like user provisioning, reports, and data cleanup; create documentation and train teams on AI-driven workflows while ensuring policy compliance.
