Provide executive support to the CRO and CMO by managing calendars, travel, expenses, communications, meetings, purchases, and confidential information. Coordinate Sales and Marketing operations, liaise with internal teams, and manage end-to-end logistics for offsites, conferences, and team events. Responsibilities include vendor sourcing, budget tracking, attendee registration, VIP and speaker support, and use of administrative and AI tools.

Provide advanced technical support for Mirakl’s SaaS marketplace platform and global clients. Diagnose complex issues using logs, APIs, SQL, and monitoring dashboards; manage client relationships; improve support processes and AI tools; monitor systems; and collaborate with developers, product managers, SRE, and customer success teams to resolve cases efficiently.

Supports and improves revenue systems, including Salesforce administration, CPQ processes, sales tools, data quality, workflows, and approvals. Designs and maintains AI-agent processes and n8n automations, troubleshoots failures, documents solutions, and identifies automation opportunities. Coordinates CPQ transformation requirements, testing, rollout, and continuous improvement while collaborating with Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations, and technical stakeholders.

Support AMER GTM by partnering with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success. Provide complex pricing models, build scalable automations across CRM and productivity tools, drive data quality and process improvements, and deliver quantitative analyses and actionable insights for leadership.
