Leads LTX’s global IT organization and strategy across Israel, the US, and the UK. Oversees employee technology services, IT security, AI platform governance, SaaS and vendor operations, business applications, infrastructure, budgets, contracts, risk, resilience, and service delivery. Manages internal IT staff and international service partners while advising leadership on technology strategy and operational priorities.

Operate and improve commercial systems that convert complex agreements into accurate, billable revenue. Own deal setup across CRM and billing, reconcile commercial and usage data, resolve discrepancies before invoicing, and support pricing, deal structuring, and cross-functional execution with Finance and Sales.
