Provide strategic administrative support to the Chief Legal Officer and legal team: manage calendars and travel, prepare presentations and reports, handle confidential information, coordinate meetings, events, town halls, onboarding, and communications, assist with budgets, vendors, and operational administration, and support special projects and engagement initiatives.

Coordinate inspection projects for assigned clients: schedule and confirm inspections with factories and inspectors, relay technical requirements, review and release inspection reports, prepare invoices and summaries, handle client inquiries and complaints, and manage related documentation and quoting.

The role involves redesigning and standardizing processes in Sourcing and Real Estate, driving adoption, and integrating workflows using Microsoft tools.

Provide customer service and operational support in an international, fast-paced environment: manage inquiries, process orders, prepare shipping/customs paperwork, assist inventory tasks, coordinate with stakeholders across regions/time zones, maintain data in Salesforce/Oracle/Microsoft Office, follow up on open issues, and support process consistency and continuous improvement.
