Drive adoption of cloud contact center technologies (e.g., Amazon Connect), AI-enabled support, self-service, analytics, and continuous operational improvements in partnership with engineering and business teams.

Provide front-line administrative and operational support for a General Office: greet agents/clients, handle phones and mail, manage AP/AR and purchase card reconciliation, coordinate onboarding and resource assignments, assist with facility and local network issues, prepare meeting logistics, and support the Managing Partner and onsite Service Leader to ensure smooth daily operations.

Manage operational execution of workforce engagement programs (Matching Gifts, Volunteers for Good, Community Impact Grants, Giving Campaign). Serve as platform administrator for CSRconnect and GrantsConnect, ensuring data integrity, configurations, reporting, and user support. Provide program analysis, benchmarking, grant payment backup, vendor coordination, and customer service for employees and agents while supporting campaign logistics and executive reporting.

Review, process, and administer life and disability insurance applications; verify applicant information and medical histories, approve within authority limits, manage work queues and inquiries, support audits, reporting, client transitions, and process improvement initiatives while maintaining quality and service standards.

Coordinate logistics for corporate events, conferences, and internal meetings. Manage vendors, registrations, shipping, catering, budgets, and timelines. Support cross-functional stakeholders, track tasks and vendor deliverables, assist with expense reconciliation, and provide on-site event operations and general team support.
