As a Major Account Manager, you will acquire new business by building relationships, conducting needs analysis, and closing sales for Thales Software Monetization solutions.

Drive revenue growth and cross-sell audit, tax, and consulting services within 8-15 major Consumer Goods/CPG accounts. Develop strategic account plans, build C-suite relationships, lead quarterly business reviews, coordinate multi-practice delivery, manage pipeline and renewals, and mitigate churn through proactive client engagement and integrated service solutions.

Serve as product SME for LeasingOS Portfolio Management: train brokers, review and ensure accuracy of lease abstraction data, support offshore abstraction team, resolve user queries via support channels, manage broker expectations and stakeholder communications on pricing and product vision.

Manage development, planning, marketing and delivery of military children and residential camp programs. Supervise staff and volunteers, ensure participant inclusion, oversee budgets, billing, marketing, grants, and program materials. Recruit and train staff, evaluate program outcomes, and maintain required records and compliance.

Serve as primary client liaison for assigned commercial landscape accounts: manage relationships, conduct property inspections, coordinate operations, pursue upsell opportunities, handle contracts and renewals, and ensure quality, safety, and profitability of accounts.

Manage sprinkler and integrated systems projects from scheduling through closeout. Coordinate with sales, design, subcontractors and GC; handle RFIs, change orders, purchasing, safety compliance, and budget monitoring to meet deadlines and increase profit.

Sell new and used vehicles by greeting customers, assessing needs, demonstrating vehicles, arranging test drives, presenting financing and add-on products, using CRM to track interactions, following up, completing paperwork, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

The Account Executive will manage sales activities, establish relationships with customers, focus on new client acquisition, and prepare proposals and sales reports.

Lead HR functions for the Uganda site in the pharmaceutical sector, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, compliance with Ugandan labor law, performance management, training and development, payroll and benefits administration, HRIS management, and workforce planning to support business objectives.

Responsible for executing supply chain strategy, fostering relationships, conducting sourcing activities, and improving efficiency while reducing costs and waste.
