Collaborates with sales, engineering, product, and post-sale teams to architect integrations, automate workflows, and validate security functionality. Provides technical escalation, customer training, and feedback to prioritize product enhancements while ensuring secure, repeatable, auditable automation and integration into cloud and CI/CD environments.

Manage the New York office databank and business matching services, recruit buyers and exhibitors, drive buyer/supplier engagement, track KPIs, research market trends, handle IT and budgetary matters, support projects and outreach, and undertake ad-hoc assignments from the Director.
