The Technical Writer will develop and manage technical documentation for software systems, ensuring clarity, compliance, and alignment with government requirements. This role involves collaboration with engineering teams, translating complex concepts into clear documentation, and maintaining documentation standards and practices.

Lead and manage DFIR engagements and a 3-5 person forensic team, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, conduct forensic analysis across Windows/Linux and cloud environments, mentor staff, refine IR processes, produce clear incident reports, and provide on-call incident support.

Lead Emphasys PHA marketing across channels: build brand awareness, create content and integrated campaigns, generate demand and nurture leads, run event marketing, leverage AI and marketing automation, measure performance, and collaborate with Sales and Client Services to drive pipeline and retention.

Lead and scale GTM enablement across sales, technical, and BDR teams by building an enablement operating system that shortens ramp time, improves pipeline generation and win rates, embeds AI-driven personalized coaching, uses call intelligence (e.g., Gong) to drive coaching, hires and develops the enablement team, and aligns cross-functionally to measurably improve rep productivity and deal execution.

Lead and execute full-funnel marketing to build brand and qualified pipeline. Own positioning, product marketing, content, demand generation (including outbound/ABM), events, analyst relations, executive brand, vendor management, and ROI-driven budget decisions while producing hands-on deliverables.

Lead analytical projects, develop quantitative models, analyze datasets for insights, and translate findings into business recommendations, primarily supporting client decision-making.

Lead advanced accounting and reporting for record-to-report operations: review staff and offshore work, prepare complex journal entries, support monthly/quarterly closes, reconcile cash and intercompany transactions, perform variance analyses, ensure SOX and U.S. GAAP compliance, assist audits and tax reporting, and identify BlackLine automation opportunities.

Provide technical system management and support primarily across the Zoho One ecosystem and Shopify. Troubleshoot issues, build and maintain automation workflows, ensure data flow between platforms, update Shopify product/catalog settings, create documentation and SOPs, and assist with social media scheduling and metrics. Prioritize and execute items from an IT to-do list for executive and sales teams.
