Lead and develop a BDR team to drive outbound prospecting and pipeline growth for healthcare compliance customers. Design outbound strategy, optimize workflows and KPIs, align with Sales/Marketing/Customer Success, use HubSpot and outreach tools, and produce performance reports to iterate and improve conversion and handoffs.
