Provide executive leadership and full accountability for financial strategy, accounting operations, and regulatory compliance. Own end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent software initiatives: plan, track, and drive releases; run program-level meetings; maintain roadmaps and status; remove blockers; align cross-functional teams; report on OKRs and capacity; document processes and apply AI to improve delivery workflows.

Acquire, retain, and grow small business clients through outside sales, networking, and community engagement. Build pipelines, open and manage accounts, analyze financials and credit, originate loans, ensure underwriting and documentation accuracy, manage portfolio risk and delinquencies, track activity in CRM, ensure regulatory compliance (BSA), and collaborate with internal partners.

Lead integrated digital marketing campaigns to recruit prospective students across email, social, paid ads, SMS, social media, and direct mail. Create content, manage social channels and publishing calendars, execute Salesforce Marketing Cloud emails, analyze campaign performance, ensure brand and accessibility compliance, and coordinate with internal and external partners.

Perform proactive outbound outreach to target accounts, engage prospective clients via phone and email, schedule qualified meetings for senior sales, document activity in CRM, support account research, and collaborate with senior sellers to prioritize and tailor messaging.

Implement and support integrations between dokshop and enterprise systems (ERP, WMS, IdP, reporting). Contribute front-end and back-end code, build APIs and data interfaces, develop SQL/data extracts, support data lake and reporting, monitor platform operations, troubleshoot production issues, and assist client implementations and release readiness.

Manage full sales cycle for small-to-medium school districts in the Northeast, handling inbound leads and prospecting. Build pipeline, set meetings, coordinate with internal teams (Success, Marketing, Legal, Product), support contracting and RFP responses, track activity in Salesforce, meet sales targets, and relay partner feedback to product teams to improve adoption and renewals.
