Lead clinical engineering and IT functions across hospital and ambulatory sites, directing medical device integration (EMR, DICOM, HL7), device security and PHI protection, telemedicine, RFID and telephony programs. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Risk, and Finance to enable product innovation, regulatory compliance, licensing, and supervisory examinations. Build governance, legal operating models, scalable review processes, and commercial frameworks. Negotiate and counsel on strategic payment partnerships, card/ACH network rules, AML/BSA, KYC/KYB, sanctions, and cross-border regulatory matters to support platform expansion and risk management.
