Serve as primary contact for advertising clients and AI tool users: manage communications, onboarding, adoption, and account health; translate data into recommendations; gather feedback; coordinate with PPC, product, and leadership to drive client and product success.

Generate qualified outbound pipeline into named private capital accounts via email, phone, LinkedIn and events. Book and run discovery calls, qualify opportunities, partner with AEs on account strategy, use AI to personalize outreach and research, feed market signals into GTM, and progress to an AE role by demonstrating consistent performance.

Provide scheduling and administrative support: coordinate with owners, managers, technicians and clients; handle communications (phone, email, TEAMS), track and resolve requests, maintain electronic files, and support process improvements and one-time projects to improve customer experience.
