Manage revenue recognition under US GAAP, maintain SOX-compliant controls, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, support month/quarter/year-end reporting and OneStream, review contracts with cross-functional teams, support audits, document SOPs, and lead process improvements within the Accounting Center of Excellence.

Maintain and migrate research repository (Google to Dovetail), support thematic analysis, vendor procurement, budget tracking, compliance coordination, and improve research operations processes and resources.

Lead retention and lifecycle marketing for a subscription streaming client: translate marketing strategy into technical requirements, design and run testing roadmaps, build KPI dashboards, drive engagement/upsell/personalization programs, partner cross-functionally (CRM, Analytics, Product, Engineering), and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership to reduce churn and grow subscriber lifetime value.

Provide administrative and fiscal support to the Chief Operating Officer and library system: coordinate purchasing, track grants and expenditures, assist with accounts payable and payroll tasks, manage scheduling and event/travel arrangements, support facilities work orders, maintain vendor and records, and apply basic project management to system initiatives.
