Develop and maintain BI reports and visualizations, collect and analyze data from multiple systems, design data models and KPIs, ensure data accuracy, automate reporting, provide ad-hoc analyses and actionable insights, collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance, and support data governance and best practices.

Sell interior and exterior doors, frames, hardware and related products to dealers and customers. Manage an assigned territory with regular jobsite and customer visits, generate new business, prepare quotes, follow up on bids, and support order/delivery processes while delivering exceptional customer service.

Lead the systems integration delivery team, owning backend connectivity, SSO/API integrations, data migrations, provisioning, and automated feeds. Govern presale-to-delivery handoffs, enforce internal SLAs, act as technical escalation for enterprise deals, manage partner relationships, and drive automation to reduce provisioning time.

Manage daily hub operations for last-mile delivery: receive and sort inbound dispatches, assign routes to drivers, resolve operational issues, reconcile end-of-day orders and wallets, train staff, control inventory returns, and optimize workflows to meet service standards.
